DEVTOME.COM HOSTING COSTS HAVE BEGUN TO EXCEED 115$ MONTHLY. THE ADMINISTRATION IS NO LONGER ABLE TO HANDLE THE COST WITHOUT ASSISTANCE DUE TO THE RISING COST. THIS HAS BEEN OCCURRING FOR ALMOST A YEAR, BUT WE HAVE BEEN HANDLING IT FROM OUR OWN POCKETS. HOWEVER, WITH LITERALLY NO DONATIONS FOR THE PAST 2+ YEARS IT HAS DEPLETED THE BUDGET IN SHORT ORDER WITH THE INCREASE IN ACTIVITY ON THE SITE IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS. OUR CPU USAGE HAS BECOME TOO HIGH TO REMAIN ON A REASONABLE COSTING PLAN THAT WE COULD MAINTAIN. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SUPPORT THE DEVTOME PROJECT AND KEEP THE SITE UP/ALIVE PLEASE DONATE (EVEN IF ITS A SATOSHI) TO OUR DEVCOIN 1M4PCuMXvpWX6LHPkBEf3LJ2z1boZv4EQa OR OUR BTC WALLET 16eqEcqfw4zHUh2znvMcmRzGVwCn7CJLxR TO ALLOW US TO AFFORD THE HOSTING.

The Good and Bad of Muscle Supplements

I was always in pretty good shape growing up, I was always playing basketball and lifting dumbbells and stuff. It seemed like as much as I worked out I couldn't pass a certain point mass wise, so that's when I started experimenting with different supplements. The first supplement I tried was creatine, I started with the pills. The pills helped me energy wise which helped me do more reps, but I didn't like how many pills I had to take. On my work out days, I had to take 6 pills and on non work out days I had to take 4. The pills were no joke as well, I'm talking about the pills were bigger than a radiation pill.

I then switched to taking the powder creatine, I hated the taste but I dealt with it for a while. The bad thing about any creatine based supplements, is that you have to drink a lot of water. The muscles you do gain are from all the water it pumps into your muscles. If you don't keep up with your exercising, you will urinate out all the creatine and your muscles will diminish. Another bad thing creatine can do to you depending on how your body reacts to it is make you get fat, that's when you stop taking creatine that is, or on the other hand it can happen if you are taking creatine and not exercising like you are suppose to.

The best thing in my opinion, would be the protein supplements. It will help you build mass and help improve your recovery time from your work outs. Depending on your weight level you want to be careful at the amount of protein you take though. If you are on the heavy side, you need to make sure you work out regularly and watch your diet, because if you take protein and you don't work out regularly and watch your diet it can turn into fat as well. But if you have a good metabolism and are pretty much on the smaller side, it will definitely do you some good as long as you work out consistently. Not saying that you don't to watch your diet because you still need to make sure you eat right at the same time.

If you want to take protein but still want a little creatine because of the benefits, then they do have protein based supplements that have a little bit of creatine added as well. I have experimented with those supplements as well and I have had great success with them. When chosing any supplement, I would do my research online before I go to the store and make a decision. You want to choose a product that has been on the market for some years and has very good reviews. Some muscle enhancing supplements have negative side effects, I tried some muscle enhancing product and every time I took it I had a strong itching sensation beneath my skin. I thought at first it was some sort of allergic reaction I was having to the product, but then I looked online and saw that there were other people having the same reaction to it.

Another thing I want to talk about are testosterone supplements, now testosterone can be pretty pricey in the store but it does have good benefits. As you age your testosterone levels start getting low, so you want to replace the lost testosterone's with new one's to keep you going. Testosterone can be very good, as I haven't experimented a lot with the supplement but from what I have experienced has benefited me pretty well. My energy levels increased, I had my muscles grow quite a bit, and I had a stronger sensation for sexual activity. I knew it was the testosterone that helped me on that last benefit, because I wasn't having urges like I was when I was younger until I started taking testosterone. Whatever route you go with taking performance enhancing supplements, just make sure you do proper research on the products that are on the market. A lot of products take awful, which would make you feel like you have wasted money you would not have wasted if you took the proper time to look up customer reviews for that product. I have saved a lot of time and money buy going on the internet and looking at product reviews, it only takes a minute and you will be glad that you did.
