DEVTOME.COM HOSTING COSTS HAVE BEGUN TO EXCEED 115$ MONTHLY. THE ADMINISTRATION IS NO LONGER ABLE TO HANDLE THE COST WITHOUT ASSISTANCE DUE TO THE RISING COST. THIS HAS BEEN OCCURRING FOR ALMOST A YEAR, BUT WE HAVE BEEN HANDLING IT FROM OUR OWN POCKETS. HOWEVER, WITH LITERALLY NO DONATIONS FOR THE PAST 2+ YEARS IT HAS DEPLETED THE BUDGET IN SHORT ORDER WITH THE INCREASE IN ACTIVITY ON THE SITE IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS. OUR CPU USAGE HAS BECOME TOO HIGH TO REMAIN ON A REASONABLE COSTING PLAN THAT WE COULD MAINTAIN. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SUPPORT THE DEVTOME PROJECT AND KEEP THE SITE UP/ALIVE PLEASE DONATE (EVEN IF ITS A SATOSHI) TO OUR DEVCOIN 1M4PCuMXvpWX6LHPkBEf3LJ2z1boZv4EQa OR OUR BTC WALLET 16eqEcqfw4zHUh2znvMcmRzGVwCn7CJLxR TO ALLOW US TO AFFORD THE HOSTING.

THE DEVCOIN AND DEVTOME PROJECTS ARE BOTH VERY IMPORTANT TO THE COMMUNITY. PLEASE CONTRIBUTE TO ITS FURTHER SUCCESS FOR ANOTHER 5 OR MORE YEARS!

Rise And Shine In The Best And The Most Challenging Times

Firstly, may I extend warm greetings to all members of the Del Monte family - our workers, our families, our communities, our shareholders and business partners around the world.

Allow me to take this opportunity to congratulate and extend my appreciation to Team Del Monte for delivering another record year. As we look back on the many challenges we faced during the year, we should all be very thankful for our blessings. The Company's strong performance was achieved mainly because of our great passion to win - to rise and shine even in the most difficult of times - and our support to the long-term strategic plan of transforming Del Monte Pacific into a Global Consumer Branded Food Company.

This will go down as another memorable year, filled with excitement and challenges, most of which have never been seen in DMPI's history. Our achievements cut across the different functions in our company, truly setting the path towards becoming a world class enterprise.

The future will be equally challenging amidst an emerging global economic crisis, but I have all the confidence that we shall again prevail.

Wherever we are in the company, we must work hard as one team and give our very best to our jobs. And with strong teamwork comes our own power to make things happen. May we take inspiration from our own corporate story and gain lessons from the experience of workers before us who survived insurmountable odds to bring our Company to where it is today. I am confident that we will do no less.

Gloria Macapagai-Arroyo Visits Del Monte

Gloria Macapagai-Arroyo was Del Monte's most honored guest, as she met with Del Monte Pacific Ltd. CEO Jose lito D. Campos, Jr. and Group COO Luis F. Alejandro at the Del Monte Lodge in Cawayanon, Bukidnon. It was Macapagal-Arroyo's first visit to Del Monte. She earlier visited Malaybalay City and proceeded to Iligan City on the following day. Del Monte's top officials sincerely thanked her for the government's support to the country's pineapple industry. The industry is a key export earner and a source of livelihood for many families in Mindanao.

To Be a Global Fruit and Vegetable Consumer-Branded Products Company

As we face challenges in the incoming year, workers across all company locations commit ways to help achieve our corporate vision.

“As leader of our team, my contribution will focus on inspiring, motivating, influencing and empowering my team to strive to be better and better. Our workers must be advocates of total quality, our primary driver towards continuous improvement. Quality processes and quality products are what we must always strive for.” Ronnel Duclayna, Manager, Cannery Glass and Plastic Cup Lines, 14 years of service

“We have a great team, with awesome team spirit. Seeing the company achieve tremendous growth over the last couple of years gives us a sense of fulfillment and pride, knowing we're part of this growth. Surely, we can go a lot farther from where we're now.” Oliver Ace Acedera, Senior Auditor, Corporate Audit, 9 years of service

“My personal contribution to our Vision would be to continuously do my job efficiently and effectively every working day. And that's a long term Commitment.” Leilani Labitad, Supervisor, Corporate Crop Production, Plantation, 16 years of service

“Every day, I actually contribute to achieving our vision. I do this by constantly generating, gathering and implementing new ideas and improved means of doing our operations that are aligned to current needs and also anticipate future opportunities.” Christine Jumawid, Supervisor, Cannery Production, 7 years of service

“For our company to be a global winner, we must modernize and diversify. Every little effort from everyone will be a big help in our transformation. In my own area of work here at the Plantation, I must personally ensure exact ripeness during harvest … Leave no fruits behind.” Paulo Kirk Sarraga, Supervisor, North Harvest, Plantation, 4 years of service

“In line with our Company's strategy to be global, we're now looking at our jobs from a new and broader perspective. Here's our chance to conquer new horizons! It's exciting to work as One Team, with total commitment to excellence and a great passion for innovation.” Romeo Corral, Supervisor, Cannery Production, 10 years of service

“There are many small things that we can execute every single day to support and achieve our vision. My daily routine involves close coordination with both internal and external business partners. Teamwork and efficient customer service are key to maintaining good relationships to in turn deliver best results.” Minnie Arosa, Replenishment Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations, 12 years of service

“Being part of the Supply Chain Department entails a big challenge as we manage variability in supply and demand. Assuring that products are available at the right time, right place and right quantity; coupled with the right attitude towards work, integrity and value for excellence among the employees will really contribute to Del Monte's vision.” Rovie Ann Domasig, Toll Pack Planning Supervisor Corporate Supply Chain, 9 months of service

“I keep myself focused on my key result areas, and these are primarily to continuously find cost effective ways of doing things, and to get the most out of the resources that I have. To my internal and external customers, I remain totally committed to give the best possible service despite difficulties and challenges at work.” Marlon Reyes, Supervisor, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Product Outsourcing, Kalawaan, 11 years of service
