DEVTOME.COM HOSTING COSTS HAVE BEGUN TO EXCEED 115$ MONTHLY. THE ADMINISTRATION IS NO LONGER ABLE TO HANDLE THE COST WITHOUT ASSISTANCE DUE TO THE RISING COST. THIS HAS BEEN OCCURRING FOR ALMOST A YEAR, BUT WE HAVE BEEN HANDLING IT FROM OUR OWN POCKETS. HOWEVER, WITH LITERALLY NO DONATIONS FOR THE PAST 2+ YEARS IT HAS DEPLETED THE BUDGET IN SHORT ORDER WITH THE INCREASE IN ACTIVITY ON THE SITE IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS. OUR CPU USAGE HAS BECOME TOO HIGH TO REMAIN ON A REASONABLE COSTING PLAN THAT WE COULD MAINTAIN. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SUPPORT THE DEVTOME PROJECT AND KEEP THE SITE UP/ALIVE PLEASE DONATE (EVEN IF ITS A SATOSHI) TO OUR DEVCOIN 1M4PCuMXvpWX6LHPkBEf3LJ2z1boZv4EQa OR OUR BTC WALLET 16eqEcqfw4zHUh2znvMcmRzGVwCn7CJLxR TO ALLOW US TO AFFORD THE HOSTING.

THE DEVCOIN AND DEVTOME PROJECTS ARE BOTH VERY IMPORTANT TO THE COMMUNITY. PLEASE CONTRIBUTE TO ITS FURTHER SUCCESS FOR ANOTHER 5 OR MORE YEARS!

Restaurant Review of P.F. Chang’s

One of my favorite restaurants is P.F. Chang’s. It is my go-to place for food. It’s great for date nights, lunches, girl’s nights, and special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. Everyone loves quality Asian cuisine. They have so many delicious items; it’s hard to go wrong with whatever you pick.

Prior to entering a P.F. Chang’s you are greeted by gigantic horse statues at the various locations right outside of the main entrance. When you enter the upscale modern restaurant you are met with granite, slate, wood, and glass all around. The color scheme is mostly dark, neutral, and muted. It is a dimly lit place with glass vases holding a single candle nestled securely by thousands of grains of pale sand as table top centerpieces. Overhead are multiple drum lighting units of varying sizes that provide just enough but not an overbearing amount of dissipated light. Don’t forget to look for the statue of the warrior somewhere in the restaurant. It is a place that feels comfortable, relaxing, and sophisticated.

They have awesome happy hour promotions that are from 3-6pm. You can get certain drinks (beer, sake, wine, cocktails, and alcohol free cocktails) and appetizers (dim sum and street fare) for discounted prices. Some of my favorite items to get are: spring rolls, Chang’s chicken lettuce wraps, and crab wontons. Another benefit of going at this time of day is that there more than likely won’t be a wait for a table. If you go during typical eating hours I would strongly recommend making a reservation, especially for a Friday or Saturday at dinner time. Otherwise you can easily wait for over an hour to get a table. No one wants to wait for very long when their stomach is grumbling, they would rather be eating!

There are delicious starters or appetizers found on the main menu. Some of my personal favorites that must be tried are: Chang’s lettuce wraps, spring rolls, crab wontons, and salt and pepper calamari. Their Chang’s lettuce wraps are extremely popular. You will receive one plate of fresh, crisp lettuce leaves and one place of the delicious mixture that is to be spooned upon your leaf. The mixture includes: chicken, mushrooms, green onions, and water chestnuts that is served over crispy rice sticks. Their wonton soup is worth every penny. The wonton is done to perfection with the perfect proportions of fresh spinach, mushrooms, chicken, water chestnuts, and shrimp accompanying the delicate floating pork ball. The broth is delicious as well. This is definitely one of my favorite soups from anywhere.

The main dishes are exquisite here, each marrying various flavors together to create a work of delicious perfection. They are large enough to split between two people, especially if getting an appetizer as well. Unlimited rice is also included with most dishes. My favorite dish by far, and the one I get almost every time that I come to P.F. Chang’s, is the first thing under the chicken portion of the menu, Chang’s spicy chicken. This is a dish with a sweet and spicy chili sauce that drenches bite sized tender morsels of chicken. I usually split this with my boyfriend and sometimes for a few dollars more get extra chicken when we are ravenous. We typically get two bowls of white rice and two bowls of brown, mix them together, and two extra bowls of the sauce to pour over the rice. Other delicious dishes are: Philip’s better lemon chicken, beef with broccoli, pad thai, and crispy honey shrimp. A wonderful side to try is the spinach stir-fried with garlic. Once your belly is full and smiling it is time for good conversation with your loved ones.

Now on to the final stage of any meal, the sweet treat. P.F. Chang’s has scrumptious desserts. Ones to try include: the great wall of chocolate, chocolate peanut butter crunch sweet treat, and the flourless chocolate dome. The great wall of chocolate is a huge slab of delicious chocolate cake. It is six rich, moist, layers of frosted chocolate cake, topped in semi sweet chocolate chips, served with fresh berries and raspberry sauce. This is something that two people can easily split. One of my newer favorites to be added to the menu is the chocolate peanut butter crunch sweet treat. This is similar to a snickers bar, without the nougat. It is peanut butter crunch, milk chocolate, and caramel layered on chocolate brownie-cake, topped with honey roasted peanuts and served with chocolate syrup and caramel sauce. This one is even a hit with my boyfriend who isn’t much into sweet treats. This is the perfect ending to a delicious meal. If you don’t want to get a huge dessert fortune cookies come with the bill.

P.F. Chang’s is definitely the restaurant to go to for a delicious unforgettable meal. From the ambiance, décor, service, quality, and taste of food, it is sure to be a hit. Sign up for their Warrior Card for added discounts. They also send out periodic email promotions. Their birthday promotion is a free dessert. Come alone or bring your friends and family for a delicious meal that your taste buds are sure to enjoy!
