DEVTOME.COM HOSTING COSTS HAVE BEGUN TO EXCEED 115$ MONTHLY. THE ADMINISTRATION IS NO LONGER ABLE TO HANDLE THE COST WITHOUT ASSISTANCE DUE TO THE RISING COST. THIS HAS BEEN OCCURRING FOR ALMOST A YEAR, BUT WE HAVE BEEN HANDLING IT FROM OUR OWN POCKETS. HOWEVER, WITH LITERALLY NO DONATIONS FOR THE PAST 2+ YEARS IT HAS DEPLETED THE BUDGET IN SHORT ORDER WITH THE INCREASE IN ACTIVITY ON THE SITE IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS. OUR CPU USAGE HAS BECOME TOO HIGH TO REMAIN ON A REASONABLE COSTING PLAN THAT WE COULD MAINTAIN. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SUPPORT THE DEVTOME PROJECT AND KEEP THE SITE UP/ALIVE PLEASE DONATE (EVEN IF ITS A SATOSHI) TO OUR DEVCOIN 1M4PCuMXvpWX6LHPkBEf3LJ2z1boZv4EQa OR OUR BTC WALLET 16eqEcqfw4zHUh2znvMcmRzGVwCn7CJLxR TO ALLOW US TO AFFORD THE HOSTING.

THE DEVCOIN AND DEVTOME PROJECTS ARE BOTH VERY IMPORTANT TO THE COMMUNITY. PLEASE CONTRIBUTE TO ITS FURTHER SUCCESS FOR ANOTHER 5 OR MORE YEARS!

Writer, Article: 0-99

  • Ashleysly, Owning the ipad: 60 (this had a lot of awkward sentences and incorrect grammar, detracting from readability)
  • Deadsea33, Venice - the romantic city: 95 (contained errors here and there, but was very informative, contained sources, images, etc. An awesome article overall!)
  • Dexter, Ecology - easy explanation: 80 (the article was organized well, although there were punctuation problems throughout it. The writer is definitely on the right track though)
  • Dinkleberg, Oeroeg: 90 (a decent movie review; there were some slight errors throughout the article, but it was written pretty well overall. One note – which I didn't dock ratings for – cool down on the spoilers!)
  • Emilianoz, Environmental crisis opinionii: 80 (contains great information about the environment, although there were scattered problems with punctuation and odd-sounding sentences)
  • Fuzzybear, Archaeology: 80 (had to do this one from his other articles. His information is awesome, although the punctuation and things like capitalization need some help)
  • Hayek, Golf (hayek.0): 70 (this was short and missed out on a lot of points that could be made. Also needs to be formatted for clarity)
  • Marticps, Copyleft: 97 (this is an example of a near-perfect article. Great spelling, grammar, punctuation usage. Clear and concise and great presentation. Huge +1 to Marticps)
  • Mrelite, Literary analysis ovid shakespeare: 80 (while the article was solid in the information it contained, it needs work on presentation. For example, it needs to be formatted better. You can see the separation of paragraphs on the right side, although the paragraphs are not separated by spaces…)
  • Penguinwriter, Chapter fourteen - loaded deck: 75 (riddled with punctuation problems and some awkward sentences as a result. Also, should be organized a bit better for clarity. Unless you are reading the entire story in one go, it is too hard to figure out where you are. Even adding sections would go a long way)
  • Psalm, Sputnik: 80 (there are a lot of awkward sentences here. I do like that he added the sources and the information is great, though)
  • Vilmanoella, The final step needed- the equal rights amendment: 35 (it is almost like a massive run-on. There are sentences that are cut short and make for awkward reading. It really needs a lot of work…)
