DEVTOME.COM HOSTING COSTS HAVE BEGUN TO EXCEED 115$ MONTHLY. THE ADMINISTRATION IS NO LONGER ABLE TO HANDLE THE COST WITHOUT ASSISTANCE DUE TO THE RISING COST. THIS HAS BEEN OCCURRING FOR ALMOST A YEAR, BUT WE HAVE BEEN HANDLING IT FROM OUR OWN POCKETS. HOWEVER, WITH LITERALLY NO DONATIONS FOR THE PAST 2+ YEARS IT HAS DEPLETED THE BUDGET IN SHORT ORDER WITH THE INCREASE IN ACTIVITY ON THE SITE IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS. OUR CPU USAGE HAS BECOME TOO HIGH TO REMAIN ON A REASONABLE COSTING PLAN THAT WE COULD MAINTAIN. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SUPPORT THE DEVTOME PROJECT AND KEEP THE SITE UP/ALIVE PLEASE DONATE (EVEN IF ITS A SATOSHI) TO OUR DEVCOIN 1M4PCuMXvpWX6LHPkBEf3LJ2z1boZv4EQa OR OUR BTC WALLET 16eqEcqfw4zHUh2znvMcmRzGVwCn7CJLxR TO ALLOW US TO AFFORD THE HOSTING.

THE DEVCOIN AND DEVTOME PROJECTS ARE BOTH VERY IMPORTANT TO THE COMMUNITY. PLEASE CONTRIBUTE TO ITS FURTHER SUCCESS FOR ANOTHER 5 OR MORE YEARS!

Writer, Article: 0-99

  • Atruk, Philosophy of physical realism: 78 (50, 8, 10, 5, 5, 0) Thorough analysis. Several run-on sentences and long paragraphs. No use of style for book names, etc. Great reference section (would be nice to have footnotes wiki formatted), but lacks helpful links. Also could really use subheadings.
  • Deadsea33, Lake garda - the greatest italian lake: 71 (50, 1, 1, 10, 0, 9) Lots of systematic content, many spelling errors and major grammar errors (repeated words, run-on sentences, two synonyms lumped together where one is called for, broken sentences).
  • Emilianoz, Sharing economy: 81 (50, 5, 10, 7, 9, 0) Very interesting, little-explored topic. Lots of grammar issues including run-on sentences and broken sentences. Thorough formatting for organization but organization itself is inconsistent and sometimes random. Lots of links but rather awkwardly formatted as footnotes when they could simply be direct links.
  • Hayek, News is satire essay (hayek.0): 79 (50, 9, 10, 5, 5, 0) Intriguing analysis. Could use some grammatical and organizational polishing, references, and links. Formatting at least major subsections would be helpful for readability.
  • Matt608, Error theory: 46 (30, 0, 10, 5, 1, 0) Some effort was made on wiki formatting, but it has poor formatting for readability. Examples are offered without definitions, internal style is inconsistent, and often uses abbreviation, as if the source documents was notes rather than a finished text. A couple of references provided, but no links (such as defining 'phlogiston' or telling us who Mackie is). A few in text citations appear, but with no footnotes to follow them up.
  • Pepegom, Swap: 66 (35, 10, 10, 10, 1, 0) Breakdown and general explanations have potential to be helpful, but there are not enough outside links or references to compensate for the brevity and generic information of the article.
  • Randomcount, Slice and dice a space opera: 83 (60, 8, 9, 6, 0) Cohesive with decent flow. Good amount of world-building for length, without info dumping. Occasional awkward sentence, typo or error. Awkward formatting.
  • Tenthirtyone, And we ran - millvale industrial theater: 68 (40, 9, 9, 10, 0) Some grammar deviations are due to stylism, so I didn't deduct anything for those, just a couple of typos. Story had interesting character development but didn't really do anything with it. As a story doesn't seem complete. No mention if it's part of a larger work.
  • Weisoq, Bonds yield curves and price sensitivities: 88 (50, 9, 10, 5, 9, 5) Useful information broken down pretty thoroughly. I think it would be helpful to break it down even further, especially when introducing new terms, for the reader's easy reference. References provided but no links, which would be especially useful for terms and when referring to an outside authority. Several pertinent images, but they are links rather than embedded.
