1: I will return the HTC One X phone, and it will be replaced with the HTC ONE XL X325e 4G 32GB BLACK one that I ordered, with the postage ( of the return item and new item) credited back to me, or

2: I will return the phone, and be given a full refund, including the postage costs of returning the phone. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I am willing to work with you to come to a mutually satisfactory outcome. I have not yet done my web site feedback on this transaction. Hi again, I have a problem. our Australia post will not handle the delivery of mobile phones with batteries in them. They class them as dangerous goods. So I can only send the phone back to you via a courier company (called PACK & SEND Global operations). their delivery cost is $58.94 AUD. This is expensive. So If you will refund me $58.94 postage+ $298.76 AUD for the phone, a total of $357.70 AUD, when you receive the phone. If you agree to this, I will remove negative feedback immediately

YOU ARE not corresponding with me in a timely manner have been patient with YOU in my correspondence. YOU sent me the incorrect mobile phone. Also the mobile YOU sent me doesn't work it has an internal fault. I cannot keep waiting for YOU to respond anymore, because if I do I feel YOU will take me past the resolution date.I have investigated the fault with the phone and have been quoted $140 to fix it. So I believe that a $100 refund is fair.I have provided proof that the phone they sent me is the incorrect model.The seller has said that I can send the phone back for full refund, If I remove the negative feedback on eBay that I posted.I don't trust them anymore, so I said I will remove the negative feedback when this dispute has been resolved.I know that PayPal don't get into shipping fees. however I have looked into shipping the phone back to china and found it to be expensive. I requested them to pay for my shipping also.I believe they are just delaying this case.So I want it resolved ASAP. this is my resolution. Thankyou
