Don't you always just want to look in the future and see what is to come? How to become a runner: Hello you are obviously here to see what it takes to become a real runner and I'm going to be teaching you how I think to be a runner is off of past experiences in my years of training to be as good as I am today. Let me start out by saying that ANYONE can be a runner. It does not matter how big or small you are or how weak or strong you are. Anyone is able to be a runner. All it takes is guts and hard work to become a good runner. Becoming a runner is honestly an amazing thing to do for yourself. I've been running for a long time now and it's been a blast! I've done so many race and it's so fun because there's no a better feeling than achieving your goals in running. Now I'm going to list the things that it takes to be a good runner and what they mean.

Determination

You have to be determined. No matter your strengths or anything. YOU can achieve your goal and be a good runner it just depends on how much you WANT to be a good runner. You have to train regularly. By saying this, it means you have to be going out on runs often and trying to push your limits and go as far/fast as you can to get to your goal. Without training you aren't going to be as good because training builds up your strengths for running.

Positive Attitude

You have to always keep a positive attitude while you run. This is probably one of the biggest things that a runner has to worry about and make sure that you are always having a positive attitude. The thing is when you don't have a positive attitude you putting yourself down and giving yourself a bad picture and this will definitely slow you down. It's happened to me so much in races and will happen to anyone. And you also don't want to have others put you down when you run if they pass you in a race. You never give up if so, some is trying to pass you. You fight them off until they fall back if you let someone pass you in a race it really discourages you and will make you do worse in the race.

Eat Healthy

You have to always be eating healthy around races. If you don't eat healthy around races you will get cramps and start hurting in races and possibly have to stop running. This is always a problem that's why they say you should eat pasta the night before because it's good for you with all the carbs and everything. So try to eat high carbohydrate things so then you feel better in the races.

Get a Goodnights Rest!

Get a good nights rest the day before you run. Not having enough energy will make it really hard to get up in the day and make running really hard for you. So you always want to high wide-awake and fully alert.

Stretch

STRETCH. Stretching is so vital into being a good runner and if you don't stretch your muscles will tighten up really Hard and it will be very sore and tiring. Stretching is something that is very vital running. If you don't stretch for at least 10 to 15 minutes a day you're going to get cramped up muscles and your muscles will be sore for a long time this happens to me all the time and will happen anyone if they try to overuse the muscles without stretching. Next you don't want to work your muscles too hard. Sure you want to be going on long runs and hard runs and trying good do your best and always your best but you don't want to go to Work too hard on your muscles and it's going to hurt you and make you sore and even give you like problems I can end up at the ER that's why you should always know your limits when you're running.

Motivation

You should always keep track of where you are and how fast you're going and how long you're doing when you're going for runs are going to want to know how fast you're going and how far you away because you want to compare to other times and see how you're doing and see if you're improving seeing improvement is a very big thing to running To know how you're doing and see what you can improve on, everyone should be setting a goal for themselves. Having a goal for yourself is really good because then you're motivated to do goals and accomplishing that's why I always like to set goals that are a little bit higher than they are able to do so each time I run a little bit more and more until running very hard just it's really something that's a useful way to make yourself better runner.

Running Supplies

Find a pair of running shoes that fit you best. You want to be able to find a pair of shoes that would fit you well for running. It just happens on your size and how you run some people need trail shoes for an trials and some people want road shoes. it just depends on the person and their preference and there's also cushioning that shoes have you have to choose wisely and see if you want a lot of cushioning or little bit of a cushion each has its own advantages and you should look into that if you're trying to be a serious runner.

What Kind of Runner Are You?

Finally the most important way, is finding out what kind of runner you are. You figure out if you're better at running short distance a long distance races you like to do. You have to test out and see what kind of person You are And you have some time the figure out what your strengths are and what your best at and what you enjoy most it just matters if you're doing what you're enjoying and running is very enjoying and I hope you it as much as I do.
