Getting In Shape Without Expensive Programs

Getting in shape is one of the easiest yet the hardest things to do. It's easy because all you have to do is stick to a regular routine, and try to stick to a regular eating schedule. It can be hard because, you can have something come up that might draw you from your regular routine. Also, you might something come up physically that will hold you back a little, like getting sick or physically hurting when you try to perform certain workouts for a period of time. It is all a mind set thing really, you don't need all these fancy workout programs in order to reach your goals. I will show you how you can reach your goals, and without the use of over priced programs.

First, lets talk about workout routines. You don't have to follow somebody's same workout routine just because they are physically in shape, and you want the same results. Everybody's body are not built the same, what they did to achieve results don't mean you have to follow in the same path. What they did was start off slow and they developed a system for their self to follow. You don't have to jump in the workout game full strength, start off slow and see what you are capable of doing first then branch on from that. I was always in shape when I was in my teens, I loved playing basketball and working out as it was a stress reliever for me. As I got older, it began to get harder to work out, as I did not have as much energy as I usually had when starting to work out.

Long story short I fell off of my workout game, all I did was work and sleep really. One day I looked into the mirror and looked at how I have really fell off physically. I said enough is enough, I got to get back in shape so I can feel better about my self as I have been feeling the sense of low self esteem. So what I did was began taking multivitamins everyday, I also began starting off small with my workouts. The system I developed for myself was, I would do 20-30 diamond pushups, immediately do 30 crunches, I would catch my breath for a minute and then do 20 pullups or if I could do a little more I would. Then I would drink just a little water and start the process back over at least one more time. I didn't have to go to a gym to do pull ups, I suggest buying the perfect pullup bar. It is very easy to set up and you do not have to drill anything in your walls.

I know my routine seems like a lot starting back exercising, but that is just something I developed for my self that was very successful. You can start off smaller then that, as long as you work out regularly for 3-4 times a week you will see results. Another thing you will notice, is that I did a full body workout the same day, I hear a lot of people working out on one or two body parts every other day. I don't do that at all, also I forgot to mention that I also would hold 10-40 pound dumbbells and do calf raises as well. Like I said you do not have to follow my routine, but personalize your own according to what you can do and do if every other day. You need to make sure you take multivitamins everyday as well, to help you out with energy and make sure you get some extra protein in your body, that will help you recover from the muscles you have just tore down for new muscles to rebuild.

Another thing you need to do, is make sure you get proper rest everyday. One thing I do know, is that when you start working out, if you ever had problems sleeping you will definitely get better rest. I would say with my results, after about 2 weeks of sticking to my workout I would be in better shape, so I would increase my workout to doing more sets. Since I know my body, when I would stick to my regular workout routine, within about 3-4 weeks my body would have transformed, and you would not be able to tell that I was out of shape previously. Listen, remember I said it was a mindset thing earlier? It really is trust me, I didn't feel like working out on the days that I had to. I would be laying in the bed and thinking, man I don't feel like getting up to work out. Some times I had to literally force myself to get out of the bed and begin working out. As soon as I finished doing the first work out I would began to get energy, that made me want to continue my work out routine.

What I am trying to say is, force your self to work out when you don't feel like it. When you start working out you will begin getting energy and motivation to continue your workout. If you have a problem with your diet, remember you don't have to starve yourself to see results. You can eat three times a day, but make sure that whatever you eat divide each portion in half and put the rest back up. Also, make sure you don't eat at a certain time of night. If you get hungry after 8 pm, find yourself an apple or some strawberries to eat to hold you over until the morning. Ultimately, to get in shape all it takes is for you to find a workout routine that fits your abilities and make sure you do it consistently. You will see results and you begin to increase your workouts, you will be surprised how fast you will start seeing results.
