The first thing you notice about devcoin is its low price. Is it a bad thing? Well, no if you plan to buy it before could become too expensive for you. Here a few reason explaining its actual price:

  • Till now a limited advertisement has been made, but future development are on their way
  • Devcoin born on august 2011 while Bitcoin born on January 2009: it's still a relatively young coin, but promising.
  • The stable price of a devcoin should be 1/1000 of Bitcoin, comsidering that the final quantity of devcoin is 21 billion instead of 21 million.
  • The price of Bitcoin has been boosted by illegal trading which adopted bitcoin as a mean of exchange. This is not the case with devcoin. Actually it is an ethically oriented coin, white and clean.
