DEVTOME.COM HOSTING COSTS HAVE BEGUN TO EXCEED 115$ MONTHLY. THE ADMINISTRATION IS NO LONGER ABLE TO HANDLE THE COST WITHOUT ASSISTANCE DUE TO THE RISING COST. THIS HAS BEEN OCCURRING FOR ALMOST A YEAR, BUT WE HAVE BEEN HANDLING IT FROM OUR OWN POCKETS. HOWEVER, WITH LITERALLY NO DONATIONS FOR THE PAST 2+ YEARS IT HAS DEPLETED THE BUDGET IN SHORT ORDER WITH THE INCREASE IN ACTIVITY ON THE SITE IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS. OUR CPU USAGE HAS BECOME TOO HIGH TO REMAIN ON A REASONABLE COSTING PLAN THAT WE COULD MAINTAIN. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SUPPORT THE DEVTOME PROJECT AND KEEP THE SITE UP/ALIVE PLEASE DONATE (EVEN IF ITS A SATOSHI) TO OUR DEVCOIN 1M4PCuMXvpWX6LHPkBEf3LJ2z1boZv4EQa OR OUR BTC WALLET 16eqEcqfw4zHUh2znvMcmRzGVwCn7CJLxR TO ALLOW US TO AFFORD THE HOSTING.

THE DEVCOIN AND DEVTOME PROJECTS ARE BOTH VERY IMPORTANT TO THE COMMUNITY. PLEASE CONTRIBUTE TO ITS FURTHER SUCCESS FOR ANOTHER 5 OR MORE YEARS!

Born Again

The numbing coldness crept into his body, seeping from the base of his spine up to the top of his head. Slowly drifting outward, it began to makes its decent towards his chest. Like death, the cold took his heart into its icy grasp, ripping away the man's warmth like a savage beast. The world fell dark.

A vast nothingness lay where the bright lights and tall buildings once stood. All sounds ceased to exist. The was nothing in this void, this… emptiness. There was only the man.

Back in his previous world, he was a tired, weary man. He had worked for all his life. No family, no love, nothing. He had always been alone in his previous world. But now everything was gone… There was truly nothing. In this place, he ceased to be that man. No longer was he human, bound as all creatures are on this earth. The separation and isolation he had once felt were gone. In this place, he was everything and nothing at the same time. Nothing mattered in this void.

Then came a light. Small at first, it grew into a tremendous force whose brightness blinded the man. Basking him in its presence, the darkness began to fade. It slowly receded back into the void, the light too much for it to take. The man now began to float up toward the light, high above the ominous veils of darkness that were slowly being eradicated. On his upward ascent, colors began to once again fill his vision. Shades and hues floated into his sight. Purples, reds, blues, greens, and so many other colors laced themselves together before him, taking the form of different shapes, manifesting themselves into recognizable features. Sounds emerged, a thousand times clearer than before. The tweet of a bird, high up in a tree; the roar of an engine on a brand new car; the laugh of a lover. All these things, these experiences filled his being, drawing him back into the world of the living, to reality. He no longer lived for others, he lived for himself. It was his time to shine, to prosper, to love. It was finally his turn.
