Many people say you are what you eat but actually you are what you digest and that includes getting the most nutrients out of your food. Without proper nutrients to promote a healthy immune system and feed your brain you could be open to the risk of memory loss, fatigue, illness and possible depression.

1. Mindful Eating

3. Avoid Late Night Eating

I find if I follow just these 3 steps and do nothing else different that there is a overall calming in my digestive system and I eat less.
